• From the North (I-5 S): Exit Sassafras St, turn left on Laurel St, and follow it across Cabrillo Bridge into Plaza de Panama.
• From the South (I-5 N): Exit Sixth Ave, right on Laurel St. Cross the bridge into the park.
• From the East (I-8 W): Take 163 S, exit University Ave, continue onto Sixth Ave, turn left on Laurel St, and cross into the park.
• From the West: Follow North Harbor Dr until it becomes Laurel St, then cross Cabrillo Bridge into the Plaza de Panama.
