Why Visit Piedmont Park?

Piedmont Park is a top choice for both locals and visitors, offering a relaxing green scenic spot to wander and unwind. It is filled with tall oak and redwood trees, open lawns, curving trails and a quiet creek called Bushy Dell that flows through the area with small man-made waterfalls. The vibe is relaxing and serene and you'll also find a small Japanese-style garden with stone steps and a seating area that adds to the quiet, thoughtful vibe of the park.

There are tons of activities you can indulge in as the place has something for everyone. It is a very family-friendly spot where kids can play in the playground and water play areas. There are also sports fields available for softball, soccer, and beach volleyball, plus a small lake where you can fish, with piers and little bridges. Another good thing about this park is that it is pet-friendly and dog owners can go about and explore the off-leash redwood trail.

Moreover, there are plenty of benches and clean restrooms available around the park, elevating the comfort factor.
